Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused laces in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
